I would go to the Yamaha drum booth, wear your Yamaha Drums shirt, and beg for tickets. Oh yeah, get to the booth on Thursday at 10:01 AM.

Looks like it will be at the Anaheim Marriott, Marquis Ballroom. But I'm not sure what time on Sunday.

Maybe Mr. Erskine can give us a few hints on how to get in? :-)

Thanks to Andy for pointing to the NAMM program... The following info is taken from it. It says it's by invitation only BUT it also says to stop by Yamaha, so there may be a chance for some of you... Just be bold and persistent, that's all... Wearing a HOD Shirt should get you in no problem... right? Oh and yeah, it's on Sunday.
"Show is by invitation only; stop by Yamaha Drums in the Marquis Ballroom at the Marriott. Doors open at 7 p.m.; show starts at 8 p.m. (arrive early to avoid the mob scene) at the Galaxy Theatre, Santa Ana. Booth #100 (Marriott) and #4674"

Like LA D said...get there at 10:01am!!! I've been trying to get in for five years running...very hard! The best way is to rub shoulders with a Yamaha guy and either trade him something or catch him canceling. NAMM is basically about connections and just hangin'
It's the anti-"Office Space" reality for all you 9-5'ers

If any HODer is able to see the Yamaha Groove Night, can you post a review? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Good luck Pocket and Danny. I hope you are able to get tickets to the Groove Night.
